Don investigated DO-160 requirements and was very thorough in determining Talon’s requirements for the project. He provided us with a template that we can utilize for product development projects going forward. All deliverables within Don’s control were met or exceeded.
Don created a database that tracked every single part for this very large project. It was so nice to know where every single was and when it was coming. With Don’s database, I was able to communicate the status of all deliveries, and receive alerts when there were problems.
